DESCRIPTION:The Elk Rapids District Library and Green E.R. invite families and friends of all ages to a Community Hike at the Maple Bay Natural Area\, (US 31 N across from the sunflower fields\, about half way through the passing lane) on Saturday\, April 27th at 10 a.m. Meet at the parking area and enjoy a stroll through the woods to the beach. There will be opportunities for people of all ages to  explore nature using their 5 senses. Please bring water and snacks\, if you need them. Dogs who are kid-friendly and on leashes are welcome\, too. Please call the library at (231)264-9979 for more information.
