SUMMARY:Authentic Mexican Food at Providence Farm
DESCRIPTION:Saturday's are for full-out farm-to-table AUTHENTIC Mexican foods featuring certified organic produce & farm-raised meats\, nestled in GF hand-made corn tortillas and served with spot-on fresh salsas. As many of these items possible are made with items grown or raised on our farm\, including pork\, beef & lamb. If we run out\, we source whatever foods we can from local sustainable farms. We always change out the features (this week is lamb Quesabirria con Consom  & Bistec Al Vapor\, next week could be Gorditas de Al Pastor or Alambre  but also always have 4 different types of hot tamales\, veggie tacos\, chicken Tinga tostadas\, flan\, tres leches\, burritos\, and more!\n\nWe offer guests the chance to hike our scenic 1.5 mile trail around the farm. You can see our animals\, pasture-land\, woods\, pond\, gardens & a sliver of Torch Lake.\n\nWe have an on-farm coffee bar\, small grocery store\, bakery. caf  & more!\n\nWe are located on M-88\, one mile east of US 31 at Eastport. (On the north end of Torch Lake) and open 9-5:30\, Monday - Saturday.
